To order a custom wig, please follow all three steps below:

1. Add your HD Lace to the basket – this can be either a Frontal or Closure.

2. Add your Bundles to the basket – a minimum of 3 bundles is required to make a wig. Please refer to the Density Chart and select the correct number of bundles based on your desired density.

3. Add the Wig Making Service to your basket. Before doing so, make sure you have confirmed your wig cap size. This information is required for your order to be processed.

Please double-check that you’ve followed all three steps listed above. If any of these are missing, the Wig Making Service will be removed from your order. In that case, the £40 service fee will be refunded, and we will proceed with shipping only your HD lace and bundles — without a wig being made.

Wig Construction Service – £40
This fee covers the cost of having your wig professionally constructed by our factory. It includes wig construction and the wig cap only.

Customisation Details:

• All wigs come as a free part – you can style it however you like!

• Wigs are not pre-styled or customised. This means:

  • Knots are not bleached

  • Lace is not pre-plucked

  • Lace is not cut

Density Guide:

Use this chart to determine how many bundles you’ll need for your desired wig density:

• 150% Density – approximately 300g (3 bundles)

• 180% Density – approximately 400g (4 bundles)

• 200% Density – approximately 500g (5 bundles)
