HAIR INFORMATION
● Raw Hair Texture:
Raw hair naturally has a slightly coarse or textured feel as it has not been chemically treated or processed. For the best results and longest lifespan, treat your raw hair like your own — wash, condition, and moisturise regularly.

● Styled Textures May Revert:
Textures such as wavy or curly hair have been lightly manipulated to achieve their pattern. Over time and especially after washing, the hair may gradually revert to its natural straight state. This applies to most textures. For example, wavy hair may loosen or become straighter after shampooing.

● 613 Hair (Light Blonde):
Our 613 hair is more delicate due to the bleaching process required to achieve its light colour. While it can be toned or dyed, excessive handling or further chemical treatments may affect its quality.

To maintain the integrity of 613 hair, we recommend:
-Gentle handling
-Limited processing
-Regular deep conditioning
-Note: Our factory supplies a generic 613 tone. If you prefer a specific tone, please refer to the colour chart and state your preference at checkout.

● Longevity:
With proper care, raw hair can last 1–3 years or even longer, making it a premium investment.

● Maintenance:
Raw hair requires the same care as natural hair – regular washing, deep conditioning, and moisturising to keep it soft, manageable, and long-lasting.

● Origin & Type:
We use Raw Vietnamese hair, offered across frontals, closures, bundles, and extensions.

● True to Length:
All hair is measured true to length, meaning it falls at the exact stated length. However, for curly or coily textures (e.g. Burmese curly), the hair may appear shorter than straight textures due to shrinkage.

● Bundle Density:
The longer the bundle or frontal, the lower the density may appear — but not significantly. This is a natural characteristic of longer hair lengths.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
● Pre-Order Basis:
All orders are processed as pre-orders, meaning you agree to the stated timeframes at checkout. While we aim to meet all timeframes, occasionally orders may arrive earlier or later than expected.

● Communication & Tracking:
Should any delays occur, you will be kept fully informed. You will always receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
